Tiemoue Bakayoko wants to end his Chelsea nightmare as early as this summer’s transfer window by joining AC Milan on a permanent basis, according to reports from The Daily Star.
The France international midfielder has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer upon his return to his parent club after a season-long loan spell last time around at Serie A outfit Napoli.
Interest once again arrives in the player’s services from Italy with AC Milan being backed as the frontrunners to sign the player who himself is understood to be open to the idea of sealing a move to San Siro before the transfer window slams shut.
Bakayoko, however, remains optimisic on signing for the Serie A giants on a permanent basis rather than head out the exit door at Stamford Bridge on a loan deal which will cause more uncertainity over his Chelsea future.
AC Milan have already signed two players from Thomas Tuchel’s camp so far this summer with Fikayo Tomori’s move to Milan being followed by up Frenchman Olivier Giroud signing a two-year contract at San Siro.
