Real Madrid have reportedly struck a verbal agreement to land the signature of Chelsea contract rebel Antonio Rudiger this coming summer.
The German international central defender has informed the La Liga giants that he wants to join them with final details in the process of being discussed between the two parties in the Spanish capital city.
Real boss Carlo Ancelotti has long pushed for the Los Blancos to prioritise a move for the Chelsea man Rudiger who has emerged as one of the standout players at Stamford Bridge in recent times under Thomas Tuchel’s charge.

According to a report from Goal, it is claimed that Rudiger joining the Real Madrid camp come the forthcoming summer transfer window is now imminent with the 29-year-old likely to put pen to paper on a four-year contract.
It is suggested that Rudiger was done waiting for Chelsea’s takeover to be completed with the west London outfit unable to renew contracts for any of their players owing to the sanctions imposed by the UK government in the aftermath of the Russian-Ukraine conflict.
