PSG and Real Madrid keeping tabs on Chelsea contract rebel Antonio Rudiger

PSG and Real Madrid are claimed to be keeping tabs on Chelsea contract rebel Antonio Rudiger whose deal at the Bridge comes to a close in the next summer’s transfer window.

Rudiger has been an influential performer for the Blues under the charge of Thomas Tuchel with the Germany international emerging as the defensive mainstay for the Chelsea boss.

First-team action was hard to come by for Rudiger when Frank Lampard was in charge of the west London giants but Tuchel’s hiring has meant regular minutes on the pitch for the centre-back who has earned rave reviews for his consistent run of form.

Reports from Goal have suggested that European bigwigs Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are alerted to the possibility of reaching out to Rudiger in less than three months over signing him on a free transfer.

The 28-year-old will be free to talk to clubs in January should Chelsea fail to table a new deal in front of him even as Thomas Tuchel remains on the hunt for reinforcements from the transfer market to bolster his backline.
