Niklas Sule says he will consider his options in the summer amid Chelsea links

Chelsea target Niklas Sule has chosen to remain coy over his future in the Bayern Munich colours beyond the summer as the centre-back says he will consider his options at hand when the time comes.

The German international has emerged on the radar of the Blues following Thomas Tuchel taking over the managerial reigns at Stamford Bridge and reports of the new Chelsea boss wanting to fortify his defensive core in the summer transfer window.

Sule enters into his final year of contract with the Bundesliga giants next season and recent speculation has been rampant over the 25-year-old seeking a change of scnery as the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United engage in a close contest to land his signature.

In a recent interview to German publication Süddeutsche Zeitung, Sule has asserted that he would decide whether to extend his stay at the Allianz Arena by taking into confidence his family and advisor.

“Before I speak internally with my employers, it is not my style to say anything publicly about it.

“When the time comes, I will sit down with my advisor and my family and then decide what is best for me and my family in terms of sport, finances and my family.”
