Everton gaffer Frank Lampard keen on Chelsea loanee Conor Gallagher

Everton gaffer Frank Lampard is keen on tabling an offer for Chelsea’s high-flying loanee Conor Gallagher come the summer transfer window.

Gallagher has enjoyed great success at Selhurst Park since leaving Chelsea last summer in a season-long loan deal to further his first-team action with the boss Thomas Tuchel plotting to integrate Gallagher into his ranks next season.

Reports from TeamTalk credit the ex-Chelsea manager Lampard, now in charge at Goodison Park, to weigh up a move for Gallagher’s services should the Stamford Bridge camp decide on another loan stint for the young midfield talent.

The 22-year-old earned his maiden call up to the England fold last year on the back of his stellar run of displays for Crystal Palace where he has scored seven times and registered three assists to become one of the most influential names on the team sheet.

Newcastle United have also been linked with a move for the in-demand Gallagher with the Magpies, following their takeover by a Saudi group, looking to bring in big-name signings to shore up their roster.
