The new Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri, has already admired few Chelsea players, David Luiz being one of the them. Luiz made his intentions clear while coming back to Chelsea from Paris that he was back to stay and not to leave Chelsea.
Giving a response to all the speculations, Luiz said that he will not leave Chelsea this season and will continue playing under the new Manager. Luiz was in talks of leaving Chelsea, but he has made himself clear admitting that he loves Sarri’s philosophy.
Last year, the Brazilian was not given chance in the playing XI by former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte. He said that he would love to play under Sarri and is aiming to win titles under him.
After Brazil have opted to leave out David Luiz from the 23-man-squad travelling to FIFA World Cup in Russia, the Brazilian is all set to make his mark on the field.
We may be able to experience his magic when Chelsea face their arch rivals Manchester City in the Community Shield match. Admiring the tactics of new manager Luiz recently said:“I love Sarri’s philosophy. We play high, with a lot of possession in a technical way. He’s trying to help us every single day to learn quickly his philosophy.
“A new philosophy always takes time. But it also depends on us. If we’re dedicated every day and doing things every single day in training, we’re trying to learn quickly.”
