Chelsea’s Andreas Christensen is reportedly on the verge of signing for Barcelona following his undergoing the second part of his medical on Monday.
The Dane central defender has long been linked with a move to Camp Nou this coming summer with Chelsea failing in their repeated attempts to tie him down to a new long-term deal.
Barca, who have been the frontrunners of late to land the Chelsea contract rebel, are now understood to be nearing the completion of the transfer as soon as this week, according to claims from The Daily Mail.

Christensen was left on the bench away at Burnley on Saturday following an Achilles tendon issue that had sidelined in recent weeks but the defender would be eyeing a return to the XI for the upcoming game against Norwich City.
