Chelsea vs Wolves – Chelsea’s Predicted Lineup | Premier League 22-23

A high-flying Chelsea side play hosts to Wolves in Saturday’s Premier League action at Stamford Bridge as the home side eye up another win on the trot under Graham Potter’s charge.

The Blues put three goals past the Italian champions AC Milan in the midweek Champions League outing in what was a solid display from Potter’s men early on in his reign.

Let us now have a look at how Graham Potter might set up his Chelsea side against Wolves –

3-4-2-1

Edouard Mendy could be in line for a return to the starting team sheet after being benched for the Milan clash as he made his way back from a recent injury niggle.

Summer signings Kalidou Koulibaly and Wesley Fofana are expected to be joined by the veteran Thiago Silva in the heart of the backline for Chelsea.

The engine room should have Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Jorginho in the middle with Reece James and Ben Chilwell slotting in the wing-back roles on either side of the pitch.

Kai Havertz will be pushing for a recall into the XI to operate in the central striking role with Raheem Sterling and Mason Mount for company out wide.
