Chelsea set £34 million valuation for bringing back former star Eden Hazard

Chelsea have reportedly set a £34 million valuation for bringing back former star Eden Hazard to Stamford Bridge from Real Madrid.

The Belgian international winger is being sensationally linked with a return to west London amid the talk of Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel keen on making a move for the ex-Blues star man.

Reports from Spanish news outlet El Nacional ( via The Daily Express) suggest that Chelsea’s sporting director Marina Granovskaia has set a limit of £34 million to be forked out for landing Hazard’s signature despite the Blues pocketing a hefty £100 million to sanction his sale to Real Madrid in the summer of 2019.

Hazard has proven to be a flop signing for the La Liga heavyweights despite his immense success in England with Chelsea and rumours are doing the rounds that the player himself is open to leaving the Spanish capital for a return to the Premier League.

Thomas Tuchel enjoys considerable depth in his attacking ranks at Chelsea but could be lured to make a move for Hazard who has been subject to lavish praise from the German in the recent past.
