According to The Athletic, Chelsea have shown interest in securing the services of Ajax star winger Mohammed Kudus this summer.
Kudus joined Ajax in 2020 from Nordsjaelland on a five-year contract, with the transfer fee estimated at around €9 million.
Since his arrival, he has garnered a reputation as one of the most promising young wingers in Europe due to his impressive performances.
The 22-year-old winger played a crucial role for Ajax last season, contributing 18 goals and seven assists in all competitions, including memorable strikes against Liverpool and Napoli during the Champions League group stage.
His impressive performances have also earned him 24 caps for the Ghana national team, where he started all three games for the Black Stars at the World Cup in Qatar, scoring two goals in a 3-2 victory over South Korea.

With the arrival of new manager Mauricio Pochettino at Stamford Bridge, there is a significant challenge ahead for him as he aims to lead the team to success.
Chelsea had an abysmal season last year, finishing 12th in the league and failing to win any trophies, despite spending over €600 million on transfers.
During the summer, the club has already offloaded several players, including Mason Mount, N’Golo Kante, and Mateo Kovacic.
In terms of incoming transfers, Christopher Nkunku from RB Leipzig and Nicolas Jackson from Villarreal have joined the team as senior players.
