Benjamin Sesko has already made what might be his first big decision of the summer.
To start with, there is another major decision expected in July.
Some of the teams, which have shown interest in signing RB Leipzig striker are Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United among others.
Expectation is that he may be among the players to move from Germany prior to the start of season 2024/ 25.
Leipzig’s managerial strategies clearly aim at retaining Sesko.
Instead, they will continue to negotiate with him and offer him new contract terms.
However, he is currently signed up on a contract with a buy-out clause of £55 million. It could thus make any transfer easy.
However, where there is an element of bidding war between the three clubs then the scenario could be different.
According to Football transfer analyst Fabrizio Romano, Sesko has had several options lined up.
It is not certain however, whether he has made the final decision or not.
This somewhat implies that his decision will only be made after Euro 2024. If he decides to go, Leipzig’s idea is to expecting his performances with Slovenia will increase his price tag.

Sesko, former RB Salzburg star, will face England’s football talents Declan Rice of West Ham United, Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka, and Manchester City’s academy star Cole Palmer among others. These players might even lure him with the intent of joining Arsenal or Chelsea.
Arsenal manager football Mikel Arteta and the newly appointed manager of Chelsea Enzo Maresca have expressed their desire to get a new striker in their teams. Hence, Sesko appears to be at the pinnacle of their lists.
Manchester United still maintains interest in Sesko even after they signed Rasmus Hojlund last year. Hunting has been made on the young striker for quite some time now.
Sesko’s decision regarding the future direction of his career is looming in the near future.
At Stadion Stozice, Sesko presented a new image to the public.
He was present for the match between Slovenia and Albania which was friendly. Although he was substituted, Slovenia emerged victorious with a 2-1 score line.
Ilicic, once a player for Atalanta, was the one who was responsible for scoring the decisive goal.
It should also be noted that Sesko joined the Slovenia camp, which indicates his positive mindset and preparedness for further tasks.
It was a friendly match hence a good opportunity for his teammates to come out and express themselves especially before Euro 2024.
