Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly is reportedly prepared to all out for signing Borussia Dortmund’s wantaway star Jude Bellingham next summer.
The England international teenager has attracted the interest of some of the biggest clubs across the continent and Chelsea are hoping to pip other suitors in the chase for his signature.
Despite the Stamford Bridge camp’s long-standing interest in signing West Ham skipper Declan Rice, who is a former Chelsea youth academy graduate, Boehly is said to focus his efforts towards landing Bellingham when the summer window opens for business in 2023.
According to a report from the German news outlet BILD, Chelsea are looking to make an approach for the 19-year-old Bundesliga talent who has been labeled as their ‘absolute dream signing’ with Boehly keen to back his new coach Graham Potter in the transfer market.
Chelsea’s upcoming transfer business is likely to be done in the German top flight with the RB Leipzig duo Christopher Nkunku and Josko Gvardiol tipped as top names on the Blues’ wishlist ahead of the January window.
