Callum Hudson-Odoi isn’t likely to be one of the Chelsea players, Frank Lampard is looking to offload before the summer transfer window deadline closes on 5th October.
There are multiple reports that he is pushing to join the Bundesliga club, Bayern Munich. The Club owner Roman Abramovich has been busy this summer, backing the coach Lampard to sign new faces and making way to loan the others in order to balance the books.

The new arrival of German striker, Timo Werner from RB Leipzig, Hakim Ziyech from Ajax FC, and Kai Havertz from Bayer Leverkusen has improved the attacking quality to a great extent but at the same time moved some players down the pecking order.
Lampard has not got the services of Key players like Christian Pulisic and Hakim Ziyech due to injuries. Even with their unavailability, Hudson-Odoi has not been able to get minutes and Lampard has prioritized Kai Havertz, Timo Werner, and Mason Mount. This has raised questions on the 19-years aged winger on his Chelsea future even though he signed a five-year contract with the Blues.

The young winger has struggled with an Achilles injury from April 2019. He featured in just one game after football return in June. The departures of Willian and Pedro should have led to Hudson-Odoi’s status improving but instead, it got deteriorated with more new faces in the squad.
Interest from UCL champions, Bayern Munich has made him think over whether to stay in Chelsea or take an exit this season. But Lampard believes that the teen will stay with his squad. In order to prevent his exit, the coach made him start in both the Carabao Cup matches.
His failure to impress in Chelsea’s 6-0 victory over Barnsley in the Carabao Cup did not really help his case but he certainly produced a superb display in the thrilling draw as he scored as a substitute in the West Brom comeback of Chelsea.
The coach has talked about Hudson-Odoi’s role to play this campaign despite competition with Christian Pulisic and Hakim Ziyech but this has not assured the English international.
Football pundits believe that the continued interest from the European giants Bayern Munich shows that their coach, Hansi Flick has some plans for him in his squad. The best move could be a season-long loan that could profit all the three parties, something Callum should push for genuinely.
