Chelsea central defender Malang Sarr who arrived at Stamford Bridge only last summer before departing for FC Porto in a loan deal is once again being linked with an exit from west London.
This time it is Turkish side Fenerbahce who are weighing up a move for the French defender and are keen to open talks with Thomas Tuchel’s side over a move for the youngster.
Reports from Takvim claim that the 22-year-old Sarr who signed for Chelsea last summer on a free transfer after his exit from OGC Nice could be a potential signing for Fenerbahce ahead of the new season’s commencement.
The Blues have already lost a quality defensive talent this summer in Fikayo Tomori with the England international choosing to sign for AC Milan on a permanent basis rather than fight for first-team minutes at the Bridge.
It remains to be seen whether Tuchel will give the nod to Sarr’s departure from Chelsea a second summer in a row or make use of the Frenchman’s defensive abilities to make up for Tomori’s exit.
