Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur are understood to be keeping tabs on unsettled Chelsea star first-team regular Andreas Christensen.
The Danish international’s long drawn out contract standoff at the Bridge has made clubs across England’s top flight take interest in his services ahead of the next summer when he becomes a free agent.
Manchester United and Manchester City face stiff competition with the duo now joined by North Londoners Tottenham Hotspur in the race for Christensen’s signature, according to reports from The Daily Star.
New Spurs boss Antonio Conte is on the hunt for reinforcements at the back to bolster his ranks and Christensen’s availability could make the Dane a top name on the shopping list for Conte who took charge earlier this year.
Chelsea face a defensive exodus come next summer with Christensen along with Antonio Rudiger, Cesar Azpilicueta and Thiago Silva out of contract at the end of the season and yet to agree upon extended terms.
