Real Madrid reignite interest in long-term Chelsea target Aurelien Tchouameni

Real Madrid are reportedly looking to revisit their interest in long-term Chelsea target Aurelien Tchouameni ahead of this coming summer transfer window.

The French midfielder has been one of the standout performers for Ligue 1 side AS Monaco over the course of the campaign and is increasingly linked with a big-money move away from his homeland.

Chelsea have long eyed up the Monaco talent with rumours claiming that he was in line to become one of the first signings of the summer before the ownership saga at Stamford Bridge led to sanctions on buying new players.

The likes of Liverpool and Barcelona are also right in the mix for the 23-year-old Tchouameni, and according to a report from FootMercato, La Liga champions Real Madrid want to make a serious push for landing the in-demand maestro come the summer.

Regarded as one of the hottest prospects in world football, Tchouameni is sure to have Real Madrid chasing his signature which would come as a stern challenge on the transfer front for Thomas Tuchel’s Blues.
