Paris Saint-Germain are understood to be weighing up a move for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku ahead of the coming summer transfer window.
The Belgian international striker has been unable to win over the Chelsea fanbase since making the move back to Stamford Bridge last year in a big-money deal from Serie A champions Inter Milan.
With Chelsea’s ownership struggles spelling out financial woes for the west Londoners, Lukaku is tipped to be looking for an exit and has Ligue 1 heavyweights Paris Saint-Germain chasing his signature in the transfer market.
According to a report from Football Insider, it is claimed that PSG are mulling over launching a bid to bring in Romelu Lukaku come the summer with the Parisians on the hunt for reinforcements in the final third to bolster their ranks.
Talisman Kylian Mbappe is out of contract at PSG at the end of the season and last year’s marquee signing Lionel Messi is rumoured to be keen on a return to Barcelona which puts the club in danger of an attacking exodus heading into the new campaign.
