Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly rekindled their interest in signing Chelsea attacker Hakim Ziyech ahead of this summer’s transfer window.
Ziyech was close to making the move to the Parisian giants in the January window but the transfer fell through on deadline day due to Chelsea’s submission of incorrect documents to confirm the agreement between the two clubs.
According to a report from Football Insider, it is claimed that PSG are keen to revive their interest in the former Ajax man Ziyech who is likely to leave the Chelsea camp over the summer with the playmaker struggling to earn regular first team football at the Bridge.
The 30-year-old would be on the move soon in order to play every week and PSG are expected to offer him that opportunity with the Ligue 1 champions on the hunt for reinforcements to bolster their front line before the next season gets underway.
Chelsea will demand around £30 million to sanction Ziyech’s exit with the Blues looking to balance their books to meet the financial fair play regulations after their hefty spending since last summer.
