Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly keeping tabs on Chelsea manager target Julian Nagelsmann with the French champions on the hunt for a new boss.
There is the expectation that current manager Christophe Galtier would not be at the helm come next season with Galtier enduring a shaky four months in the PSG dugout.
According to a report from the French news outlet RMC, it is claimed that Galtier’s days at Parc des Princes are numbered and the Ligue 1 giants are looking at other options with Nagelsmann, Jose Mourinho and Zinedine Zidane on their shortlist of candidates.
The former Bayern Munich head coach Nagelsmann has appeared as the favourite to be appointed to the Chelsea top job later this year with the Blues board doing a thorough search for a longer-term appointment after hiring Frank Lampard as the caretaker manager.
Nagelsmann is also being tracked by Chelsea’s city rivals Tottenham Hotspur who sacked Antonio Conte last month and have a vacancy to fill with Nagelsmann’s name doing the rounds as of late.
