The Premier League returns this weekend after the international break as Chelsea will travel to St. James’ Park with an aim to take three points from Newcastle United. Three points will take Frank Lampard’s team further top of the table while Newcastle has the chance to move to the seventh position of the League table after a win.
The Blues are giving a tremendous performance on the field and have conceded very few goals after the arrival of goalkeeper, Edouard Mendy. Frank Lampard has tasted just one defeat in his previous eight league games so far which was a long back against Liverpool.
Both Burnley and Sheffield United were unable to stop the winning run of Lampard in the previous occasions and they are undefeated in this season’s UCL as well.
Newcastle on the other hand has suffered from mixed results as they have lost to Brighton, Man United and Southampton whereas beating West Ham and even in-form Everton. Until now, they have just scored 10 goals so far.
