As reported by the Metro, Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino is scheduled to have discussions with Levi Colwill before the team embarks on their pre-season tour of the United States. The Talls will take place as soon as he joins his teammates back.
Colwill, alongside Noni Madueke, is expected to join the rest of the Chelsea squad for their trip to the US next week. Both players played crucial roles in England’s victory at the European Under-21 Championship in Georgia, securing a tense 1-0 win over Spain.
The highly regarded centre-back made a crucial contribution to England’s success at the European Under-21 Championship.
Although he gave away a late penalty in the final, the penalty was spectacularly saved by Manchester City-bound goalkeeper James Trafford. Overall, Colwill played a significant role in a solid defence that did not concede a single goal throughout the entire tournament.

Following the victory in Batumi, Colwill’s teammate Madueke expressed on Instagram his intention to ensure Colwill’s return to Stamford Bridge this summer.
However, there are uncertainties regarding the youngster’s future, as Brighton are actively seeking to secure a permanent transfer for the 20-year-old, following his impressive loan spell with the club on the South Coast during the 2022/23 season.
Aside from Chelsea, Liverpool have also been mentioned as one of the clubs interested in the English defender this summer.

Pochettino confirmed during his first press conference at Stamford Bridge that both Colwill and Madueke would be part of the Chelsea squad for their upcoming US tour.
The tour includes friendly matches against Wrexham, Brighton, Newcastle, Fulham, and Borussia Dortmund.
