Chelsea will be out to seek revenge for the league defeat to Manchester City earlier this week as they take on City in Sunday’s FA Cup third-round clash at the Etihad.
Graham Potter’s Blues were outdone in a closely fought encounter last time out against City who secured the three points in top-flight action with a second-half strike from Riyad Mahrez who made an instant impact for his side after coming off the bench.
Last season’s FA Cup runners-up Chelsea have endured a patchy run of form in recent times and Potter would be hoping for his players, despite the growing injury concerns in the Stamford Bridge camp, to bounce back to winning ways on their travels to Manchester over the weekend.
