Leeds United are mulling over not accepting Barcelona’s proposal for Chelsea target Raphinha in a fresh twist to the transfer saga at Elland Road.
The Premier League side want to respect their agreement with Chelsea who had emerged as the frontrunners for Raphinha’s signature in recent days, pipping the likes of Arsenal and Barcelona.

According to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, Raphinha and his agent, the former Chelsea attacking midfielder Deco, are yet to give their nod to the Stamford Bridge move despite Thomas Tuchel’s side pushing for the transfer.
Chelsea are desperate to bring in new attackers this summer to add some much-needed firepower to their forward lineup which has now lost flop signing Romelu Lukaku to Inter Milan in a season-long loan deal.
Tuchel is keen on moving in for the likes of Ousmane Dembele and Raheem Sterling with the latter a more viable target despite Chelsea’s opening bud being turned down by Manchester City.
