Italian outfit Udinese want to sign Chelsea starlet Armando Broja on loan

The highly-promising attacking talent Armando Broja could be set for a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer soon after putting pen to paper on a new long-term deal with Chelsea.

Broja had signed a contract extension earlier this summer which meant that the 19-year-old forward player committed his long-term future to Thomas Tuchel’s side after his influential loan spell last season.

He had spent the 2020-21 campaign away from Stamford Bridge in a season-long stint at Dutch outfit Vitesse Arnhem where he was a major presence in the final third of the pitch before he made the return trip to Chelsea this summer for the pre-season camp.

Reports from Fabrizio Romano claim that it is Italian side Udinese this time around who have expressed a strong interest in landing Broja’s services on loan to shore up their attacking options before the transfer window slams shut.

Romano further adds that talks are in place between the two parties meaning Chelsea are in line to lose another striker this summer after offloading the veteran Frenchman Olivier Giroud who made the move to long-term admirers AC Milan.
