Chelsea will face Fulham in their away fixture of their Premier League at Craven Cottage on Saturday and the Blues cannot afford to lose any more points after their rough patch of weeks.
Fulham will come into this game after their 1-1 result against Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday. They managed to hold on to Jose Mourinho’s side from taking 3 points at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and will aim for more points against Frank Lampard as well.
Lampard’s side will visit Craven Cottage after beating Morecambe 4-0 in their FA Cup third round at Stamford Bridge. Mason Mount, Timo Werner, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Kai Havertz were the goal-scorers. Werner broke his goal drought while Havertz had a fantastic game as well.
Fulham and Chelsea’s game in the previous year ended in a 2-1 victory for the Blues and Lampard will want a similar result this time as well.
