Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital took over Chelsea in 2022 where the taboo barrier of €1 billion to spend is now broken by the club and they seem to never stop their crazy investment.
The Blues are bracing themselves for a very busy summer of activity as they continue to strive in their improvements on joining up with the top rising talents across the globe.
Chelsea’s majority of the recent recruitment plans are eyeing South America with a pending transfer ban and this summer will likely watch them with one eye on the 2024 European Championship.
A number of their summer transfer targets will be competing in this tournament.
Nico Williams
Nico Williams is regarded as one of Europe’s best players and has been widely linked with a move to the Premier League for several months now.
He only agreed a new deal with Athletic Club in December 2023 but is also open to joining Arsenal and Chelsea, according to Sport via Brivnova.
With so many attacking options available, Williams might not start for Spain but even as an impact substitute he will be important at Euro 2024.
Dani Olmo
Dani Olmo, Williams’ Spanish teammate is another player Chelsea is keeping an eye on.
The west London team wants to sign the RB Leipzig midfielder to potentially replace Conor Gallagher but Olmo is being watched by nearly every top club in Europe so the Blues may have trouble closing a deal.
However, if he does well at Euro 2024, a summer transfer is undoubtedly in the works.

Georgiy Sudakov
The Ukraine international Georgiy Sudakov has long been admired by Chelsea and Mykhailo Mudryk has said he would love to have his international teammate join the Blues.
While Sudakov will be crucial to Ukraine’s success at Euro 2024, Chelsea will probably have competition from Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur for the €70 million attacking midfield player.

Benjamin Sesko
One of the most sought-after players in football history, Benjamin Sesko will be closely watched by Chelsea as he represents Slovenia at Euro 2024.
The 18 goals, the RB Leipzig player scored in his German debut season has Arsenal and Chelsea interested in acquiring him before the summer transfer window opens.
A good performance in Germany could help seal a big-money summer move and the Blues are willing to agree to a deal for Sesko.
Milos Kerkez
After making his debut season at Bournemouth, Milos Kerkez is currently a target for Chelsea at left back. Chelsea may decide to sign the Hungary international before the 2024–25 season if the competition goes well.
He will be crucial to his country’s hopes at Euro 2024. The Blues have a serious left-back shortage so if Kerkez performs well this summer they may prioritize pursuing him.
