Fikayo Tomori wanted on a season-loan loan deal by Everton

Everton have enquired about the possibility of loaning out-of-favor Chelsea FC center-back Fikayo Tomori with the Toffees boss Carlo Ancelotti being keen on bolstering his side’s defensive options next season.

The 22-year old Tomori has not been involved in even a single minute of first-team action for the Blues since Project Restart in mid-June. Moreover, since the turn of the year, the promising English defender has been handed just three appearances by Frank Lampard at the Stamford Bridge outfit.

With Thiago Silva expected to sign for the Blues in a matter of days, Tomori’s future at Chelsea FC next season looks even more doubtful. However, there is no question of selling him on a permanent basis as Lampard considers the 22-year old to be a future first-team regular for the west London club.

Moreover, a possible move for Tomori to Everton this summer would mean a great level of English top-flight experience for the player on his time away from the Blues. The ex-England U21 international is highly likely to be given a starting role for Ancelotti’s side, according to reports.
