Fabrizio Romano has claimed that there are no talks underway between Chelsea and Manchester United for centre-back Harry Maguire’s potential move to the Bridge this summer.
The England international Maguire, who skippers the Red Devils, has been linked with Chelsea as of late with Thomas Tuchel looking to reinforce his backline by bringing in a new signing.

According to the transfer guru Fabrizio Romano’s recent tweet, Maguire is expected to stay put at Old Trafford beyond the summer window with Chelsea’s priority in the market being Leicester City’s Wesley Fofana.
Leicester have rebuffed Chelsea’s repeated attempts to land the signature of the 21-year-old French defender who is keen to join the west London giants with speculation rife that an agreement is expected to be reached soon between the two clubs.
Tuchel is looking to overhaul his depleted defensive ranks before September 1’s all-important deadline with the Blues losing both Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen earlier in the transfer window in a major blow to the club’s squad.
