English Football coach and former professional footballer Joe Cole has come out to applaud the young Chelsea talent, Mason Mount, for his performance against Athletico Madrid.
Chelsea registers a 1-0 win against the La Liga leaders and now has a very important away goal advantage and a serious shot at UCL top 8.
The win was rightfully deserved considering the run of play. Chelsea was the better team and over the head wonder goal from Oliver Giroud helped Chelsea to seal a win at Bucharest.
Athletico Madrid failed to even register a shot on target with the blues having around 63% possession. Pundit and former Chelsea player Joe Cole have been praising Mason Mount for his performance against Athletico Madrid on a post-match TV show.
The 22-year-old attacking midfielder controlled most of the game synching perfectly with his fellow teammate Callum Hudson Odoi.
