Chelsea can move more upwards in the Premier League table and just one point away from the table leaders if they defeat Sheffield United in the upcoming match at Stamford Bridge.
Frank Lampard’s side has left their issues in defence behind and looks more of a solid team now as they have found the balance between their attack and their defence. The probability of beating Sheffield United is more for the Blues as the visitors are already struggling with only one point until now.
Chelsea has kept back to back clean sheets and are yet to concede a goal since they lost against Spurs in the Carabao Cup tie-breaker. The team has beaten Rennes 3-0 in the Champions League courtesy to Timo Werner’s brace and is looking very confident to clinch away three points from this match.
But Sheffield United has a history to boast. They have beaten top clubs in their previous seasons and can still manage to pose a threat o Chelsea.

TEAM NEWS
Chelsea will be without Kai Havertz and Pulisic for this match due to testing COVID positive and hamstring injury respectively. Lampard will not risk Pulsiic by playing him in this match and another notable absentee is Billy Gilmour who is still recovering.
Goalkeeper Edouard Mendy can play the match again as he is aiming to become the Premier League’s fourth keeper to succeed in keeping a clean sheet in the first four games. He will join the like of Anders Lindegaard, Pepe Reina and Alex Manninger.
Sheffield United will not have Ethan Ampadu due to the contract clause which restricts him from playing against his parent club, Chelsea. This will reduce the defensive options for the visiting team and will make it easy for the Blues.
