The 28-year-old Inter Milan talisman is inching closer to his return to England’s top-flight division as Lukaku cleared the main stage of the medical examination, according to Romano’s reports.
Lukaku’s representatives are now on the lookout for flights to London where he will be announced by Chelsea as their marquee signing for this summer’s transfer window.
