Chelsea target Ousmane Dembele’s made a big admission over his client’s future amidst speculation of Chelsea’s strong interest in the Barcelona man.
The France international winger has been one of the long-standing targets for the Blues gaffer Thomas Tuchel who is likely to have a massive transfer kitty to fork out this summer after the club’s takeover plans.
With bolstering his attacking roster ahead of the new season understood to be a top priority for Tuchel, Demebe’s name will be of much importance to the German coach, according to the rumour mill.
Dembele netted two goals and provided 13 assists across all competitions this season for the La Liga giants Barcelona but is not expected to pen extended terms at Camp Nou beyond the summer as his future hangs in the balance.
Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has quoted Demebe’s agent saying that the Frenchman is yet to take a decision over his next playing destination which comes as a boost in Chelsea’s pursuit of their long-term target.
“Ousmane’s future remains open. We are and have always been very respectful to all clubs and this will continue to be the case while the process is ongoing”.
“When it is the right time to make a decision, Ousmane will consider the best option for his future”.
