Chelsea target Julian Nagelsmann is said to be keen to coach in the Premier League amid rumours that the German has held talks with the Chelsea board over replacing Graham Potter.
The 35-year-old Nagelsmann has emerged as the frontrunner to take over the vacant top job at Stamford Bridge with the Blues looking to bring in a viable replacement for Potter who was relieved of his duties last weekend.
According to a report from Sky Sports, it is claimed that Nagelsmann wants to manage in the Premier League but the ex-Bayern Munich manager will not be rushing into a decision over his future despite strong interest in his services.
Both Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are believed to be chasing Nagelsmann with his agency, Sports360, prepared to listen to offers of a move to the English top flight as Chelsea are tipped to have the edge over Spurs.
Nagelsmann’s representatives and Chelsea have already held discussions but with Nagelsmann tied to Bayern until 2026, potential suitors will need to make contact with the Bundesliga champions over compensation.
