Chelsea are set to offer first team outcast Christian Pulisic to sign Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic in this summer’s transfer window.
Vlahovic has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge previously with the Blues keen to bring in a natural No.9 to lead the line with Kai Havertz, who has slotted in that role this season, facing criticism for his performances.
According to a report from football.london, it is claimed that the Stamford Bridge camp are considering a part-exchange agreement for Vlahovic as that would ensure that Chelsea do not fork out the £61-70 million being demanded by Juventus.
It is said that the Chelsea co-owner Todd Beohly, who is planning another overhaul of his squad when the transfer window reopens for business later this year, is prepared to send Pulisic in the opposite direction and offer £44 million for Vlahovic.
The USMNT winger Pulisic is one of the players likely to be deemed surplus to requirements by Chelsea and the former Borussia Dortmund winger will be allowed to leave at the end of the season.
