Chelsea pushing hard to complete deal for Palmeiras wonderkid Endrick

Chelsea are said to be pushing hard to complete a deal for Palmeiras wonderkid Endrick who has earned plenty of interest from elsewhere across the continent.

The Blues have promised Endrick’s family in recent discussions that the in-demand winger would immediately link up with the senior ranks if he decided to make the move to Stamford Bridge.

According to a report from The Daily Express, it is claimed that Chelsea are ready to fork out the £52.5 million release clause that is demanded by Palmeiras even though Endrick will not be able to sign for any club in Europe until 2024.

European champions Real Madrid have been considered as the frontrunners for the South American talent with the Spanish giants now joined by Premier League heavyweights Liverpool in the chase for Endrick’s signature.

Chelsea hope to fend off the increasing competition on the transfer front by handing their veteran Brazilian defender Thiago Silva the task of endorsing the club to Endrick who has been invited to the Cobham training facility along with his family.
