West Ham is reportedly expecting a bid of around £100m for Declan rice from Chelsea. He is continuing his stellar performance for Westham as they still fancy a UCL ticket for the next season.
Declan Rice has been easily their best player this season and is picking up a lot of attention from European giants Although Chelsea is reported to be the front runner for his signature. Chelsea being the boyhood club of Declan Rice it wouldn’t be a surprise if the England international return to Stamford Bridge next year.

“David Sullivan has already told me it’s got to be north of £100 million or they won’t entertain it. We’ll wait and see what happens with that.”
Frank Lampard was a fan of the young Chelsea academy graduate, but we are still not clear on whether Tuchel is interested in the proposition.
Thomas Tuchel has Kante, Kovacic, and Jorginho at his disposal as a result splashing 100m for a central defensive midfielder seems improbable. Chelsea however has a deficiency in talent for the defensive unit and Tuchel is expected to be more focused on landing a quality CB next year.
