Chelsea are claimed to be keeping tabs on Napoli star man Lorenzo Insigne who has his deal with the Italians coming to a close next summer.
Insigne has proven his credentials as one of the top attacking talents in the Serie A with Napoli but has been unable to agree upon extended terms with the Italian outfit beyond 2022.
A host of sides across Europe, which include Premier League giants Liverpool and Manchester City remain keen on landing the 30-year-old on a free transfer, according to the rumour mill.
Reports from The Daily Mail suggest that Thomas Tuchel’s camp are also right in the mix for the Napoli contract rebel Insigne and are keeping tabs on the Italy international with the forward nearing the end of his stint at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium.
Insigne’s addition to the Chelsea ranks next summer could mean another purchase from Italy’s top flight for Thomas Tuchel who signed Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan earlier this summer in a mega-money deal.
