The future of Barcelona forward Raphinha is once again in question due to ongoing interest from Chelsea and Newcastle United, as reported by SPORT.
If there is no big improvement in the Brazilian’s performance by next summer, the Spanish giants may need to decide his future.
The Blaugrana are currently third in La Liga, four points behind table toppers Girona, and leading their Champions League group. However, their recent performances have raised concerns, partly due to injuries affecting the team.
Raphinha is among the players who have not been performing at their best, leading to internal discussions about his future at the club.
The financially affected club may consider allowing his departure next summer, with his market value being a key factor in the decision-making process.

The former Leeds United star faced strong interest from Newcastle, Chelsea and several Saudi Arabian clubs last summer but chose to stay at Barcelona due to his deep attachment to the club. He also had the support from sporting director Deco.
Expected to take over the right-wing role after Ousmane Dembele’s departure, his season has been hindered by persistent injuries, affecting his overall performance.
The 26-year-old has contributed just two goals and three assists in 11 appearances this season.
However, Barcelona, having invested €65 million in him, are seeking more impactful performances from the Brazilian forward. If there is no notable improvement, the club may consider offers for him.
