Chelsea are keen on lodging a bid for Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham despite the Blues spending big over the past two transfer windows and facing a battle for Champions League qualification next season.
Although the Blues are aware that they are not the favourites to sign the England midfielder this summer with Bellingham also wanted by Liverpool, Real Madrid and Manchester City, the 19-year-old remains a name on the wishlist at Stamford Bridge.
