Spurs star striker Harry Kane is a major target for Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea in this summer’s transfer window amid claims that the Blues have opened talks with the player’s representatives over a move to Stamford Bridge for the England international.
Reports from ESPN suggest that the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United are very much in the mix to sign Kane as the Premier League heavyweights hope to add one of Europe’s top attacking talents to their ranks.
Kane has been linked with a move away from North London this summer following his comments prior to the UEFA European Championships that he was keen on playing elsewhere and compete for trophies.
The 27-year-old forward took home the Premier League Golden Boot last season as he finished with 24 goals across the league campaign, one ahead of Liverpool star Mohammad Salah, but Kane’s trophy drought continued with Spurs being defeated by Manchester City in the finals of the Carabao Cup.
He is currently with Gareth Southgate’s Three Lions camp at the UEFA Euros where England are now through to the Last-16 despite a string of underwhelming showings from what is one of the strongest on-paper squads.
