Chelsea could hijack Manchester United’s plans for Ajax star Anthony who is a top name on the shopping list at Old Trafford ahead of the forthcoming summer transfer window.
With United preparing to welcome Ajax boss Erik Ten Hag to the Old Trafford dugout come the next season, the Premier League bigwigs are also eyeing up a move for the Brazil winger Anthony.

According to Turkish journalist Ekrem Konur, however, joining United in the mix for the Ajax attacker’s signature are Chelsea with Thomas Tuchel hoping to add fresh blood to his forward lineup this summer.
The Blues have been hit by sanctions in the aftermath of the Russian-Ukraine conflict with the owner Roman Abramovich coming under pressure from the UK government for his connections to the Russian government headed by Vladimir Putin.
Tuchel, however, still has the transfer window on his mind with the Chelsea manager on the hunt for reinforcements in the final third should flop signing Romelu Lukaku be deemed surplus to requirements amidst interest shown in the striker from other clubs.
