Chelsea are considering making moves for Barcelona’s wingers Ferran Torres and Raphinha, along with Arsenal’s Emile Smith Rowe, according to the Daily Mail.
The Blues have been the most active Premier League club in the summer transfer window, spending over £300 million on signings, which include Moises Caicedo, Christopher Nkunku, Nicolas Jackson, Romeo Lavia, and more.
Numerous players have left the club, generating over £200 million in sales. Mason Mount transferred to United, Kai Havertz moved to Arsenal, and 12 other first-team players have also left.
Under Mauricio Pochettino’s management, the team’s performance at the start of the season has been somewhat inconsistent.

They earned just one point from their first two matches against Liverpool and West Ham United, but comfortably secured three points in a home game against newly-promoted Luton Town. This places them in tenth position in the league after three games.
With the transfer window coming to a close in just a few days, Chelsea are poised to make a final push for new signings. They have their sights set on Smith Rowe, Raphinha, and Torres.
Smith Rowe, once considered one of Arsenal’s brightest young talents, has faced a stagnation in his career at the Emirates Stadium.
He hasn’t made a Premier League appearance this season, as he’s been behind players like Havertz, Martin Odegaard, and Fabio Vieira in the pecking order.
However, the 23-year-old has demonstrated his abilities in the past. During the 2021-22 season, he scored 11 goals across all competitions and even earned three caps for the England national team.
Chelsea had previously expressed interest in Raphinha before his move to Barcelona in 2022. The Brazilian winger spent two seasons in the Premier League with Leeds United, where he scored 17 goals and provided 12 assists.

In his first season at Camp Nou, he contributed seven goals and seven assists in 36 league appearances, helping Barcelona secure their first league title in four years.
Meanwhile, winger Torres joined Barcelona in January 2022 from Man City. Since then, he has scored 16 goals in all competitions, including two as a substitute in the current season.
During his time in England, Torres delivered impressive performances despite limited playing time.
The Spanish international averaged a direct contribution to a goal every 134 minutes for Manchester City and also won two major trophies with the club.
