Bundesliga holders Bayern Munich have zeroed in on Chelsea frontman Kai Havertz as their target for the upcoming summer transfer window.
The German champions are likely to overhaul their front line over the summer with the likes of Sadio Mane and Serge Gnabry linked with departures as the former is eyed up by Chelsea just a year after he left Liverpool to sign for Bayern.
It is said that a move could be on the cards for Mane with Bayern ready to listen to offers for the Senegal winger who has failed to hit the heights expected of him when he joined the Bavarian giants last summer from Liverpool.
According to a report from 90min, Bayern remain interested in moving in for Havertz who has endured a difficult season in front of the goal for Chelsea with the Blues struggling in the bottom half of the league table.
Havertz, who has piled his trade in his homeland with Bayer Leverkusen, is a name on Bayern’s shopping list for the summer with the Bundesliga outfit keen on the 23-year-old as a replacement for Thomas Muller.
