Bayern Munich have reportedly decided against pursuing a move for Chelsea frontman Kai Havertz who was linked with a transfer to the Bavarian outfit following Thomas Tuchel’s appointment.
The former Blues manager Tuchel was hired by Bayern after they sacked Julian Nagelsmann last week and there had been speculation that Tuchel could be interested in moving in for his old Chelsea player Havertz.

According to a claim from German reporter Christian Falk, both Tuchel and Bayern have agreed that there is room for Havertz at the Allianz Arena which suggests that Chelsea would be in line to retain their forward’s services for the immediate future.
Havertz is Chelsea’s top scorer in all competitions this season with nine goals as the German international has finally hit the ground running two-and-a-half years ago into his move to west London from Bayer Leverkusen.
Graham Potter would be delighted to have Havertz leading the line for his side in the coming months with the Chelsea manager looking to rebuild his squad over the summer with a couple of new signings.
