Barcelona seek €30 million asking price for Chelsea target Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang

Barcelona have reportedly asked for a €30 million asking price to part ways with Chelsea target Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang in this summer’s transfer window.

Aubameyang has emerged as a top name on Thomas Tuchel’s shopping list at Stamford Bridge with the Chelsea head coach looking to shop for a fresh face to bolster his attacking lineup.

The ex-Arsenal skipper has fallen down the pecking order in the Barca camp and could be deemed surplus to requirements this summer which could aid Chelsea’s pursuit of the 33-year-old Gabon international.

According to the Italian transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, Tuchel is making a serious push to bring Aubameyang to Stamford Bridge and line up a replacement for the outgoing striker duo Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner.

Chelsea’s arch rivals Manchester United, who are also desperate for attacking reinforcements in the summer window, are likely to provide tough competition to the Blues with the Red Devils scouting the market for a new striker amid the uncertainty that surrounds Cristiano Ronaldo’s future.
