Andreas Christensen has said that he feels content at Chelsea as the Dane sounded out a hint of penning a new deal at Stamford Bridge very soon.
Christensen has been one of the players who were recalled from the fringes at the club when under the charge of Frank Lampard into a major first-team role following the appointment of Thomas Tuchel to the top job.
The Danish international central defender has been a solid presence at the back for Chelsea and was key to the club’s victory in the Champions League last season.

Christensen enjoyed a brilliant summer on the back of Champions League glory with Thomas Tuchel’s side with the defender following it up with a great run of showings with the Denmark national team at the UEFA European Championships.
Reports from The Metro quote Christensen saying that he is hopeful of soon concluding the contract extension talks with the Blues and commit his long-term future to Thomas Tuchel and Co.
