AC Milan are believed to be eyeing up a loan swoop for Chelsea forward Hakim Ziyech who has impressed with his displays at the World Cup in Qatar.
Ziyech has been pivotal to his country Morocco’s run to the quarter-finals and his dazzling run of form could be his ticket to a move elsewhere which has been tipped to be on the cards for quite a while now.
The former Ajax man has struggled to cement his berth on the Chelsea team sheet despite the change of managers with the new boss Graham Potter deciding against including Ziyech in his first-team plans at the Bridge.
According to a report from The Daily Mirror, it is claimed that the Serie A champions AC Milan are keen on Ziyech in a loan move with the San Siro outfit’s interest in the playmaker spiked on the back of his eye-catching performances at the World Cup.
Milan had been credited with a strong interest in the Chelsea outcast last summer with the likes of Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United also reported to be keeping tabs on Ziyech who ended up staying put in west London.
