Fikayo Tomori has been officially unveiled as an AC Milan player on a permanent basis with the Serie A outfit confirming his signing on a long-term deal from Chelsea.
Tomori had been heavily tipped to stage an exit from the Blues in this summer’s transfer window after spending the second half of last season on loan at San Siro in a spell that had brought him many plaudits for his solid displays at the back.

AC Milan announced Tomori’s signing on their social media just a day after triggering the buy-out clause in his loan agreement which will set them back by £28 million.
The England international himself said his goodbyes to Chelsea for whom he featured in 17 Premier League outings after coming up through the youth ranks at Stamford Bridge and being backed for a bright future.

Tomori spent three seasons away from the west Londoners in a number of loan spells across different clubs where he gained valuable first-team minutes which has moulded him into a quality centre-back talent.
