AC Milan are claimed to be close to completing Tiemoué Bakayoko’s transfer from Chelsea with the midfield man set for an exit from Stamford Bridge in this summer’s transfer window.
Bakayko has been linked with a return to Italy with AC Milan backed as the strong favourites to land his signature from Chelsea where he is way down the pecking order.

Fabrizio Romano has now claimed that the Chelsea first-team outcast is nearing his departure from Premier League football once again and will be landing in Milan to sign terms with his new club.
It is understood that both clubs will be agreeing upon an initial season-long loan arrangement with AC Milan having the option to make the transfer permanent come next summer.
Chelsea have long been willing to part ways with Bakayoko over the course of this summer as Thomas Tuchel remains keen on another new signing in Jules Kounde for which the Blues gaffer has to ensure a couple of outgoings from his camp
