Inter Milan is desperate to add N’Golo Kante to their squad. They have kept an eye on Chelsea’s transfer movements and has recently proposed a very clever offer to get hold of Kante.
Inter Milan’s proposal includes a two-player swap between the two clubs. Inter’s Marcelo Brozovic and Milan Skriniar are offered to Chelsea to get N’Golo Kante and Emerson Palmieri.
The Blues are still looking for defensive additions in the transfer market and getting Skriniar will not be a bad deal for them. Skriniar is heavily demanded by lots of top-flight clubs in Europe and it has made Lampard hesitant whether to go for the move or not.
The addition of Ben Chilwell on the left-hand side has moved Emerson down the pecking order too. The main concern of the Blues will be to let go of Kante or not. In the previous 3 seasons, Kante has been arguably the best player on the pitch for Chelsea. Due to his fantastic display and consistency in form, Chelsea has managed to concede less. His ability to adapt to a new position is second to none in the squad. His European experience and quality have kept Lampard in doubt.

Brozovic has also shown good sparks in form for Inter and clubs like PSG and Bayern Munich has shown interest in him. He could start afresh in Stamford Bridge if this deal works out.
Moreover, the Italian club will still have to pay some additional amount to balance the amount on both sides.
